Information Meeting
On October 4, the Supreme Election Commission and LEPL Centre for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training (Training Center), in partnership with the Central Election Commission of Georgia (CEC) conducted informational meetings with female representatives of political parties registered for the elections. The Chairman of the Higher Election Commission of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, Parmen Jalaghonia, and the Director of the Centre for Election Systems Development, Reforms and Training, Natia Zaalishvili opened the event. They briefed about the importance of strengthening mechanisms for the development of electoral opportunities to promote the active involvement of women in electoral processes.

On September 30, 2024, the Supreme Election Commission (SEC) of Adjara, with the support of the Council of Europe (CoE) program entitled "Supporting the Transparency, inclusiveness, and Credibility of the Electoral Practice and Process in Georgia," organised the working meeting. On 27 July 2024, the workshop for the representatives of regional media outlets was held. The event was organised by the Supreme Election Commission (SEC) of Adjara, with the support of the Council of Europe (CoE) program entitled "Supporting the transparency, inclusiveness, and credibility of the electoral practice and process in Georgia". The Election Administration (EA) continues its large-scale campaign regarding electronic elections. On July 10, The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Georgia and the Supreme Election Commission of Ajara (SEC), in cooperation with the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) organised information meetings for deaf voters. Gender, Equality and Inclusion Manager at IFES (The International Foundation for Electoral Systems), Miranda Tkabladze, The Chairperson of SEC, Parmen Jalaghonia, the head of the Strategic Planning And Reporting Department, the head person of Working Group On PWDs Issues, Sophio Sitchinava, Chairperson of the Gender Equality Council, Member of the Supreme Council, Phati Khalvashi and the Chairperson of Union of the Deaf of Georgia, Amiran Batatunashvili made the opening remarks.

Visit of Supreme Election Commission Delegation in Italy
On 29-30 June 2023, the delegation of the Supreme Election Commission observed the regional elections in Campobasso, the Republic of Italy. In the frames of the visit, the SEC delegation met the representatives of the election administration of Molise Region: Francesco Colavita (the administrator of the election process in the region), Massimo Pilarella ( the head of the regional election department), Antonella Di Elsi (the responsible person for regional elections, the director of the cabinet of the president).

On 29-30 June 2023, Supreme Election Commission in cooperation with the Council of Europe and Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training Centre, organised a workshop for civic education schoolteachers from Batumi and adjacent areas on “Democratic Elections and Electoral Environment”.The meeting was held with the participation of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.
