Supreme Election Commission participated in a forum organised by “Changes for Equal Rights” on a Day of Persons with Disabilities. The forum was held in the framework of the National Democratic Institute (IND) project “to Support the Interests of Persons with Disabilities in the pre-election process for upcoming 2024 elections”.

At the meeting, the member of SEC, Tsiala Shavadze spoke about a new approach to the independent participation of persons with disabilities in the elections.

At the end of the event, the participants took part in mock elections. They tested the new electronic technologies, the operation of the verification, voting and vote-counting machines in practice.
