The observer organization registred by Cec don’t need SEC registration. In this case the organization should submit CEC registration card to Sec secretary. In order to be registered at SEC, a domestic election observer organization shall apply to the Supreme Election Commission no later than the 10th day (October 21) before the polling day and shall submit an extract from the Register of Entrepreneurial and Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities.
The international observer organization shall apply SEC for registration no later than the 7th day (October 24) before the polling day and submit a copy of its constituent document to the SEC.
The international observer organization registered by the SEC shall inform SEC Secretary about observers and submit copies of their identity documents no later than 2 days before the polling day (October 29).
