The commission session was held at Supreme Election Commission on September 17. The commission adopted a decree on defining sequence number for electoral subjects. The sequence number of the electoral subject shall be determined no later than the 30th day before the E-day  (October 1), defined by the election legislation ( following the article 381 ).

In case, the CEC already defined the sequence number for an electoral subject for parliamentary elections and the same subject participates in Supreme Council Elections, the sequence number will be the same. If the electoral subject is registered only for Supreme Council Elections, the SEC shall arrange the process of casting lots. The process will be held at SEC administrative building. If only one electoral subject participates in the process, in this case, the sequence number shall be determined automatically.

Some procedural issues were discussed at the session, in particular, the members of the commission, representatives of SEC and Election Administration Officials can attend the sessions at DEC. The DEC shall provide the delivery of summarizing result, normative acts and other important information.
