Today SEC adopted 2019 Action Plan, which was elaborated on the basis of  2019-2020 Strategic Plan. The plan is drawn up with the involvement of the SEC's Structural Units and is a joint document that should identify ways to fulfill strategic priorities.  

The Action Plan covers the main activities of election administration for 2019 year and has two key strategic priorities: institutional development ( to raise awareness and credibility of SEC, development of human resources and its efficient management) and the improvement of election environment in the region covering voter information and SEC transparency. As well as raising the level of voter turnout and developing/implementing educational and informational programs. In addition, the list of activities to be held was defined.
